The WEC Field Engineer - Measurements is responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient and reliable work area for Customers. The WEC Field Engineer - Measurements identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work and manages risks during service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Ensure work deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Execute customer service delivery.
- Participate in job risk analyses and continuous improvement programs.
- Assist the Project Engineer/Technician in implementing technical programs and bids.
- Develop contacts with customers to promote the company's products and services.
- Ensure company and regulatory compliance by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
- Lead service quality meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
- Participate in SMS and Quality initiatives.
- Use PPE and observe HSE policies.
- Maintain required safety training.
- Provide support to the work delivery lead and PSD managers in their absence.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Engineering
- Desirable Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a MLWD engineer
- CREA active
- English desirable
