- Desirable experience: minimum 3 years of experience in well construction/drilling, previous experience with MPD desirable.

Work summary
The WCE Field Specialist - DPM is responsible for maintaining a safe, efficient and reliable work area for Customers. The WCE Field Specialist - DPM identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work and manages risks during service delivery.
Additional Responsibilities
- Ensure work deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Responsible for executing the delivery of the service.
- Participate in job risk analyses and continuous improvement programs.
- Develop contacts with customers to promote the company's products and services.
- Ensure company and regulatory compliance by implementing CAT, self-assessments and wellsite inspections.
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance through action plans.
- Participate in SMS and Quality initiatives.
- Use PPE and observe HSE policies.
- Maintain required safety training.
