Description
•Shall be responsible for undertaking duties as required by the ROV supervisor as defined in the Project Plans.
•Shall maintain ROV operations logbook, ROV dive sheets and shall prepare and submit all required reports.
•Shall ensure that the maintenance of all ROV equipment is carried out in accordance with the contractors planned maintenance schedules.
•Shall perform a pre- and post-dive check on the ROV system.
•Shall ensure all spares and consumables are complete and utilized in the most safe and efficient manner.
Qualifications and Competencies
•Shall possess minimum SPM or equivalent.
•Must have a valid High Voltage Certificate. Training in High Voltage Electricity .. Less than 3 years old.
•Have Training in Resin Socketing to international or national standard or through LEEA accredited COMPANY or in house through competence assessed trainer to an approved training syllabus and test plan.
•Have Training in H2S,High Voltage, OSP,BOSIET,CAEBS,PTW2
•Minimum 2 years of experience as Pilot/Technician including the type of work to be undertaken.
•Has experience with the particular Mini ROV system to be use
